5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: VIP and General Reception
An exclusive opportunity for VIP guests to mingle with filmmakers and special guests with films set to premiere in APUC’s 2025 edition.  General Reception will be hosted in an art filled gallery-like space, perfect for social media enthusiasts.  Dance music to accompany!

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Welcome Speech and Video Recap with Dinner 
Opening address, followed by a video presentation that chronicles APUC's 10-year journey—a story of cultural connection, cinematic excellence and growth while enjoying a delicious dinner.

8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Gala Presentation 
A lively and engaging conversation with a prominent filmmaker from Asia delving into his or her creative processes, challenges, and visions. Expect candid insights, intriguing stories, and perhaps even a surprise or two!

9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Raffle Draw, Prizes, and Dessert
Conclude the evening on a sweet note with dessert as winners of the exciting raffle draw are announced. Bid farewell to a night of cultural celebration as the gala adjourns.
