SYNOPSIS:
After getting into trouble with Mr. Big’s gang, refugee Lok-kwun stumbles into the infamous Kowloon Walled City. Helped by Walled City community leader Cyclone, Lok-kwun is able to get a new start. However, the secrets of his past threaten everyone in the Walled City.
