SYNOPSIS:
Covering over 185 miles of running and 47,500 feet of climbing, the Hong Kong Four Trails Ultra Challenge is one of the most grueling ultra-marathons in the world. Runners are not only expected to run all four of Hong Kong’s long-distance trails, they are expected to do it with minimal rest in under four days. With the 2021 edition as the backdrop, this entertaining sports documentary takes a deep dive into the conception of the challenge and the stories of the runners who dare to push their limits for this astonishingly daunting task.
