Season 15 Finale: Screenings with the stars
Toast to the close of APUC Season 15 with two finale screenings and an exclusive award presentation at Screenings with the Stars: Season 15 Finale!
Special guests scheduled to join the festivities include: Jennifer Yu (Leading Actress of PRETTY HEART, Season 15 Bright Star Award Recipient); Amos Why & Teresa Kwong (Director & Producer of FAR FAR AWAY); and Yeung Chiu-hoi (Co-Director of THE FIRST GIRL I LOVED).
Due to the arisen of an urgent family matter, Director Kelvin Shum and Screenwriter Kyle Shum of Deliverance cannot join us at the reception.
At the reception scheduled between the two screenings (4:30 - 6:00 P.M.) at AMC NEWCITY 14’s MacGuffins Bar & Lounge, guests will check out the stars-studded red carpet, enjoy tasty small bites from Sweet Bean Chicago, and wine & beer plus cash bar optional.
APUC’s first benefit since the festival’s inaugural year is not one to miss! Tickets to attend cost $100, and admission includes access to both film screenings and the reception, which also features an award ceremony honoring Jennifer Yu as this season’s first Bright Star Award recipient.
Season 15 Finale: Screenings with the Stars will benefit the growth and expansion of the festival, with net proceeds directly supporting the hiring of APUC’s first full-time employee.
